is registered the financial participation it covers for this healthcare professional. Moreover, according to Article 2 of the French law n°2011-2012 of 29 December 2011 and to Article 178 of the French law n°2016-41
of 26 January 2016, it shall be publicly declared the interests it may have with French healthcare professionals (including financial terms) according to the applicable Decrees. For healthcare professionals based in
another country, Laboratoires Théa shall comply with local applicable law and regulation regarding the declaration to a medical council or any competent entity where the healthcare professional is registered and
with the reporting and declaration to a public audience or a competent authority of interests it may have with healthcare professionals.
