He won numerous local literary
prizes and regarded as one of the
biggest names in Malaysian literary
scene.

Sri Rahayu Mohd Yusop is an author and a
teacher of English and English Literature.
She has penned over 17 fictional works
and won various literary prizes. One
of her works was incorporated as a
literature component in Bahasa Melayu
subject in secondary school.
