                   Maedate Knot





                   A maedate is a crest worn on the front of a samurai’s
                   helmet. Although most maedates were constructed of
                   metal or horn, a handful of the earliest were constructed
                   of rope. The Maedate Knot emulates their appearance.
                   Knot Components: Handcuff Knot + 180 Degree Rotation
