(CHINTON ARCHITECTS LTD, an architectural consultancy firm in Dhaka, Bangladesh.)
Responsibilities :(i)Managed multiple simultaneous commercial projects from inception to completion. (ii)Developed complete
architectural design and detail drawings (iii) Coordinated associate consultant of Structural, MEP, HAVOC, Energy and
Compliance expert to develop and deliver engineering drawings and as-built drawing. (iv)Assisted client with contractor and
supplier’s submittal. (v) Developed design brief, proposal, and assisted preparing a bill of quantity, Gantt chart, and specification
assigned by the principal (v) Visited site for QC, capacity building, provided an on-site resolution on alternation.
Achievements:(I) Completed 7800-Sq.-Meter Shoe factory building with $3.5- million budget using brick, concrete and steel
following LEED Gold criteria for future certification. (ii)Completed 2350 Sq.-Meter admin building Interior of a LEED Platinum-
certified factory complex. (iii) Completed 170 Sq.-meter collaborative digital classroom module, including furniture, lighting,
acoustic and digital fixture with $0.28 million budget (IV) Developed community centre design for people of the hill-track tribe
which uses wood, bamboo &tension rod, (v)Conducted code and compliance assessment for existing factory building and deliver
proposal on required building renovation (vi)Researched, learned and incorporated green building feature & rating criteria;
Human-centric automated lighting; Daylight harvesting; Rainwater harvesting; Semi-Intensive Green roof; Interactive digital

Responsibilities:(i)Developed and Implemented community-based social business Centre from inception to completion for rural
women entrepreneur by JITA, an initiative by CARE International and Dan one social venture. (ii)Prepared and delivered financial
and procurement documents.
Achievements:(i)Conceptualized design module of the social business center by working and living with the community, and
demonstrated across several regions using hands-on participatory design-build process. (ii)Researched and incorporated an
improved technique of Bamboo and Stabilized Mud block.
AFFILIATE CHAPTER REPRESENTATIVE & ARCHITECT: (Voluntary: 2008-2010; and Full Time: 2011-2015)
(ARCHITECTURE FOR HUMANITY INC. The USA-based organization with 70 chapters worldwide.)
Responsibilities:(i)Managed and Coordinated chapter-development activities.(ii)Conceptualised and initiated small to the mid-
size participatory design-build pilot project.(iii)Organized and facilitated various outreach and capacity-building events.(iv)
Suggested policies to HQ director for strategic development.(v)Prepared and Delivered financial, procurement, and progress
2008 reports collected from the field.(vi)Represented HQ into various public/private bodies, seminars, and workshop.(vii)Provided Pro
bono service of design, project proposal, assessment, baseline and facilitation to a local and international community-based
