Commentary

As a result of the non‐extraction

mode of therapy, the lower lip

appears to be slightly full, but the

relaxed face and smile are esthetic.

With the mandibular incisor

angulated at 105.4° to the

mandibular plane, the patient was

advised that long‐term retention or

permanent retention of the

treatment result was recommended.
