WELCOME!










        As we turn the calendar to look forward towards 2022, it’s always good to take a quick glance in the rearview
        mirror to see all that has been accomplished in the past year. It helps to intentionally decide what to take with us
        as we move in to 2022.
        2021 was an incredible year of adjustment, recalibration, and adaptation. For us at Chrysalis University, it
        was a year of creation and partnership as we brought to life several programs that will continue to support
        our colleagues at Chrysalis.  But enough about us here, let’s look at what the folks across the Chrysalis
        ecosystem were up to in 2021:

           •  88% of you started some type of resource or workshop through Chrysalis University
           •  Each month 103 folks started something in C/U
           •  4,634 hours of learning took place through C/U
           •  Over 109 people took advantage of P&C’s Onboarding Pathway in C/U
           •  Over 2723 attendees filled the Zoom squares during workshops
           •  You went to over 658 coaching sessions


        As we work to discover, pursue and disseminate knowledge to grow individuals, communities
        and the Chrysalis ecosystem, we are excited for what 2022 has in store. We look forward to
        partnering with teams in the ongoing creation and delivery of the foundational experiences to
        support talent here – onboarding, leadership development and support for developers. On
        top of those important learning pathways, we’ll be co-creating experiences for people to
        connect, explore and share ideas through the popular C/U Events hosted for all Chrysalids.

        It’s been said that the problems of today can’t be solved with the thinking of yesterday
        and fortunately for the collective at Chrysalis, we are set on a path to become a learning
        organization, perhaps the only competitive advantage and most definitely the path to
        becoming a 100-year company.
        I hope you have a chance to set aside some time to reflect on the past year and
        consider what you want from 2022. It’s an excellent time of year to cast a vision for
        what you want to create in 2022 and we are looking forward to co-creating with you!
