Valor is responsible for full operations of this iconic

and expansive Winelands mixed use Hotel and

Leisure property, containing 150 rooms, multiple

restaurants, large C&B, amphitheater, working wine

farm.

Since 2014, Valor has actioned a total property

turnaround on all levels to solve the property losing

money, improving an old/weak product, inconsistent

delivery, poor reputation and the lack of a strong

business plan. Profitability targets achieved within

24 months and Valor completed entire room and

FOH renovation program. New restaurant concepts

were launched with farm-to-table cuisine and an

award-winning sustainability program was

implemented. Valor HMA was re-signed in 2019.
