A high street retail bar and restaurant concept created inside the
Doubletree Hotel, Leeds, taking the two external restaurant and bar / deli
street entrances and surrounding canal system to create a water themed
experience. Themed around a fictional ‘lock keeper’ character, the
restaurant, bar / deli is aimed at locals capturing lunch trade from
surrounding offices, after work cocktails, dinner for locals and has a high
guest capture. Leeds now offer three breakfast dining options, deli lunch
options and two dinner venues.
