      2015 – 2017
      Valor underwrote several single hospitality assets as well as distressed hotel portfolio deals on behalf of Valor’s
      private equity firm clients. Successful purchases include the Mint portfolio of 5 Hilton branded Hotels, the Indigo
      Liverpool, the Doubletree Chester and two Ramada's which were converted to the first two AC Hotels by Marriott in
      the UK. This took the UK portfolio to 20 Hotels. Valor won multiple awards, including Employer of the Year and
      delivered on over £50M of renovations and up brands.

      2017
      Valor and Wilson Hotel Management, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kemmons Wilson Companies (Founders of
      the very first Holiday Inn in 1952), announce a strategic partnership. KWC merged its small hotel management
      operations into Valor and made a substantial investment in the combined entity to specifically grow the USA platform
      and also provide capital to invest in the UK and Europe.

      2018
      PMR Hospitality Partners merged with Valor to become Valor Africa. Africa merge with Julien Bergue in Dubai to
      become Africa & Middle East.

      Valor launch Asia out of Bangkok headed by Dulaphan Amatyakul and Tomas Kastberg Andersen.

      2019 - 2020
      With 38 corporate employees in the UK, 24 in the USA,15 in Africa & Middle East and 5 in Asia; Valor is now poised
      for the next phase of growth with multiple new projects under development globally taking worldwide corporate head
      count to over 80. Valor currently operate and are developing / redeveloping over 50 properties globally.
      Valor invest in Scotland’s most renowned chef – Roy Brett and his Ondine Restaurant in Edinburgh to further enhance
      their strength and creativity in F&B.

      Sharing resources, strategic knowledge, technology, process and current industry leading thinking globally; Valor is
      now embarking on a goal to Reimagine Hospitality and bring unique culture and commerciality to owners, investors
      and developers around the world.

      With all strategies in place and a robust social media and digital marketing platform driving both Valor and their
      portfolio of properties recognition and accolades worldwide, the next 5 years represent a great deal of excitement for
      the Valor team as the company grows in size and stature.
