A high street retail bar and restaurant concept created in our Doubletree
         Hotel, Manchester giving a nod to the Industrial Revolution in England

         where goods and services were ‘exchanged’. The bar focuses on craft
         ales from Lancashire and a selection of bespoke craft cocktails while the
         restaurant is meat themed, centred around the theatre of two huge
         rotisserie ovens full of chicken, beef and lamb. Local provenance is key
         and all meat, poultry and produce come from local farms and are
         highlighted within the menu which is produced as a newspaper that can
         be updated regularly.
