The 2 founders Lee Chin-Shi and Lee Wu-Chi
(Uncle and Nephew are at the same age) learned
how to make handmade crackers and bakery skill
as apprentices at their age of 20 when it was 1963.
Since they established Chung-Hsiang in1970, our
company has kept the unique formula and the
spirit of baking skill to produce the crackers.
From handmade crackers to 5 machinery prod-
uct lines, it’s attributed to their quality assurance,
trustworthy, and never give up spirit.
