Modern air conditioning units are far more energy efficient than older versions, and advances in technology allow you to control usage in different areas of your business, better for the environment and for your budget.
WHY SHOULD WE SERVICE OUR AIR CONDITIONING, REFRIGERATION, VENTILATION OR COMMERCIAL HEATING SYSTEMS?
Like any equipment, your air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation or commercial heating units need regular servicing to ensure they continue to function properly and provide a comfortable working environment.
Without regular servicing, the performance of your air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems will decline over time and energy use will increase. This also means your systems are more likely to break down which could mean repairs are more expensive.
Regular servicing may also be required as part of a manufacturer’s warranty, with some manufacturers offering warranties of up to 5 years on equipment components subject to a regular maintenance programme being in place. Making sure that your systems are serviced regularly may also be required to comply with FGAS or Gas Safe regulations.
