ADVANTAGES OF THE STERAFILL PROCESS
Sterafill are not packaging machinery manufacturers. We are providing a system that can be offered to existing packaging machinery manufacturers.
Each part of the process is designed to ensure that maximum spore kill is achieved in the minimum time, without compromising the sterility of the product.
In-production sterilisation was tested at Campden Bri and achieved a >104 bacterial spore kill using Bacillus atrophaeus with a packaging material travelling at 5 metres per minute.
While achieving a >104 reduction of bacterial and veggie spores on packaging material without slowing down the packaging process, additional benefits are:
