BENEFITS FOR OUR APPRENTICES
TRAVEL
Workshop apprentices travel costs to college and site will be paid by the company.
Site apprentices will receive an allowance to cover their weekly travel to site.
PENSION
Company Contribution pension Scheme (subject to qualification) You will automatically be enrolled into the company pension scheme at the age of 23 years of age.
FUTURE PROSPECTS
Once qualified the world is your oyster. You may choose to continue to work with Locker & Riley (subject to successful completion /qualification), work for another business, work abroad or even in the film industry. You may be interested in joining another department or start on the road to becoming a future manager and leader.
HOLIDAY & SICK PAY
You will receive 20 days holiday per annum (5 to be taken at Christmas) + 8 Days statutory bank holidays, totalling 28 days. You will receive up to 5 days full sick-pay after two consecutive sickness days in any one financial year. Statuary Sick Pay will be paid for any days taken thereafter in line with government guidelines.
