Poppy’s Coffee Shop, based in Church Crookham, offering hot drinks and a range of delicious food, run by proud owner, Richard Withey.
THE CHALLENGE
The Poppy’s brand didn’t match the Poppy’s offering. Poppy’s is more than just a coffee shop but this wasn’t clear in the branding or the marketing. The branding also didn’t match the high quality of food on offer. The secluded location and low awareness were also key challenges.
