VistaPrint, a US company, has bought Ukrainian IT company Depositphotos for $85 million, Vista announces. Founded in 2009 in Kyiv by Dmitry Sergeev, Despositphotos grew to become a New York-based royalty-free content marketplace with 200 million files. Well known in Kyiv, Depositphotos opened near the rail station Lightfield Productions, the largest photography studio in Eastern Europe. In 2019, Depositphotos hosted Social Media Week Kyiv, organized the international festival of creativity OFFF Kyiv and supported the art exhibition Ukraine WOW. Sergeev will not continue with VistaPrint. Vadim Nekhai, former CEO of Depositphotos, will continue to lead Depositphotos, now rebranded as VistaCreate.
The US firm, Virtuozzo, has purchased the Ukrainian developer of cloud services Jelastic. Virtuozzo is a company that specializes in virtualization software has bought the Ukrainian IT developer of cloud services Jelastic. The transaction was announced by the CEO of Jelastic, Ruslan Sinitsky, on his Facebook page. The deal will unite businesses and teams to develop packages of IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, and XaaS products for cloud service providers, hosting providers, network management service providers, and their small and medium business clients.
Ukrposhta sells old assets on Prozorro.Sales. "Ukrposhta" put up for the auction "Prozorro.Sales" more than 1.6 thousand non-working cars. The starting price is UAH10.9mn. Cars will be sold to one buyer because CEO Igor Smelyanskiy believes that "potential buyers of scrap metal will not buy one at a time." Nova Poshta is investing $38 million to build a highly automated parcel sorting terminal near Kyiv Boryspil airport, says Alexander Bulba, company CEO. Capable of sorting 100,000 parcels an hour, the terminal will cover 35,000 square meters and have a “Nova Poshta Global” sorting station for international shipments. Capable of unloading and loading 220 vehicles simultaneously, the terminal will have robotic trolley, an unmanned aerial vehicle monorail, and video analysis technology to recognize parcels with damaged markings. Scheduled to open at the end of next year, the terminal is to create 300 jobs.

DTEK will supply almost 50,000 tons of coal to Centreenergo and Donbasenergo to cover its current resource deficit. DTEK Energy has launched an exchange program, to supply coal to other market participants to cover the short-term deficit in resources, the holding press service said. The company has already started shipping coal to centreenergo TPP to the volume of 37.5 thousand tons. It has also started shipping coal to Slovyanskaya TPP Donbasenergo (11 thousand tons) to make up for shortfalls.
In October, DTEK increased coal supplies to TPPs by 17%. The volume of coal supplies to thermal power plants increased by 20% to 1.6 million tons, the
