“We plan to increase LNG output to 120mn- 140mn tonnes by 2035,” Novak said, up from 28mn at present.
Russia also plans to increase its share on the global LNG market to 20%, Novak said. “We have the potential for that, including necessary resources and competitiveness,” he noted.
“Russia has 74 trillion cubic metres of natural gas in the Arctic, and there are also many unexplored deposits,” the energy minister added. Novak said that Russia plans to sell up to 70% of its LNG to countries in the Asia-Paci c.

Transneft to start oil
supplies to Komsomolsk
refinery in July
Russian pipeline monopoly Transne  is planning to launch oil deliveries via a recently completed pipeline to the Komsomolsk oil re nery in the Far East on July 1, according to the company’s vice president Sergey Andronov.
 e Komsomolsk re nery is operated by state oil company Rosne  and currently receives crude feedstock via rail.  e ESPO-Komsomolsk pipeline connecting to the re nery was  nished by Transne  in April 2018, but the launch of supplies was delayed because of Rosne ’s failure to complete a 3-4 km pipeline linking the spur with the plant on time.

Russian pipeline monopoly Transne  expects to fully restore operations at Druzhba oil export pipeline by July 1, company vice- president Sergey Andronov has said.
“We hope that from July 1 the Druzhba pipeline will work in its entirety,” he told reporters.
 e Druzhba pipeline was shut down in April a er it was found that millions of barrels of oil had been contaminated with organic chlorides.  e incident is one of the biggest disruptions in Russian oil exports in history.

INK to build pipeline to expand exports
Irkutsk Oil (INK), a mid-sized oil company working in Eastern Siberia, has received approval from state design agency Glavgosekspertiza to build a pipeline between a collection point at the Markovskoye oil eld to the Eastern Siberia – Paci c Ocean (ESPO) pipeline.
ESPO is used to ship oil to China and
the Asia-Paci c region.  e new project will enable INK to boost ESPO supplies to 190,000 barrels per day.

Transneft to export 233mn tonnes of oil in 2019
Russian oil pipeline operator Transne  still intends to export 233mn tonnes of oil this year, company vice president Sergey Andronov was reported as saying by state news outlet RIA Novosti.
Russian oil exports were disrupted in April as a result of the contamination of oil at the Druzhba pipeline.

Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transne  expects operations at the troubled Druzhba pipelinetoreturntonormalandrunatfull capacity in two to three months, the VP of the company Roman Sharipov said on June 11 as cited by TASS
As reported in May, the transit of Russian oil via Druzhba pipeline has not yet been resumed due to persisting technical problems in Poland and Germany, and the uncertainty over the mechanisms of compensation for botched supplied of crude to European re neries.
Transne  reportedly expects the compensation payments to be settled over the same timeline, and does not yet change its outlook for oil pipeline supplies for 2019.
 e ongoing troubles with Druzhba and Ust-Luga port have cut Russia’s oil exports by 3.22% in May as compared to April, while oil output declined by 1.1%.
An uncon rmed report by Reuters claimed that while in the  rst three days of June daily oil output in Russia hit the minimum since summer 2016, the average output has started to recover and inched up from 10.87mn barrels per day to 11.04mn bpd as of June 10 (11.11mn bpd in May).
