4.5 Labour and income 4.5.1 Income dynamics
The net minimum wage, which is the monthly income of about half of the workforce in Turkey, fell to $210, the lowest level since 2004.
About TRY3,500-4,000 is proposed for 2022, up from the current TRY2,826.
Minimum wage talks will be held in December with the participation of the labour and employer unions under the patronage of the government.
