5.1 Balance of payments, current account
    In January-October, 17.6mn foreign tourists visited Turkey, marking an 86% y/y increase.
In the first 10 months of pre-Covid year 2019, Turkey hosted more than 45mn international holidaymakers. In 2020, the number plunged by as much as 74% to 9.5mn.
