Net tax revenue in April declined 1.5% y/y to UAH28.6bn (5.4% below plan).
In particular, general tax receipts increased 3.7% in April, while VAT reimbursement surged 18.9% y/y. Customs revenue gained 4.7% y/y to UAH25.3mn, which is 11.9% below plan.
Local budgets fiscal revenue improved 19.1% y/y to UAH86.4bn in 4M19, almost hitting the plan. Social payments (pension and other social fund contributions paid by employers) advanced 24.0% y/y to UAH84.8bn
