Cargo cancellations
Buyers in Asia and Europe are reported to have cancelled around 20 cargoes of LNG that were due to be loaded in the US.
Starting up
Sempra LNG has started introducing pipeline feed gas to the third liquefaction train at its Cameron LNG project on the US Gulf Coast.
Carrier contract
China State Shipbuilding Corp. has signed a contract to build a new fleet of LNG carriers for state-owned Qatar Petroleum.
Green light
The Arrow Energy joint venture has sanctioned the first phase of the Surat gas project in Queensland, Australia.
