Russia and Opec prolong oil cut deal to end-2018

Russia and the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec) decided to prolong their coordinated oil supply cuts to the end of 2018 at a meeting in Vienna on November 30, Opec said in a statement.
