Setback for Kitimat
Chevron has said it could sell its entire stake in the Kitimat LNG project, within days of receiving an expanded export licence for the facility.
Striking deals
Nigeria LNG has signed an offtake agreement with Vitol, and separately has procured gas supplies for the seventh train at its liquefaction plant.
Terminal lease
Brazil’s state-run oil company Petrobras has said it will begin leasing its LNG regasification terminal in the north-eastern part of the country.
On hold
The developers of the proposed Tanglawan LNG hub in the Philippines have asked that plans for the project be put on hold.
