5.5 Markets - Lithuania

Nasdaq Baltic operates three stock exchanges – in Estonia, Latvia and
Lithuania – and the Nasdaq CSD under one Baltic entity, providing the
capital market infrastructure across the whole value chain – from listing,
trading, and market data to clearing and settlement and safe-keeping of
securities.

5.6 Markets - Slovakia

Slovakia’s 10-year government bond yield was 3.64% at the end of the
last working day in December. Trading Economics analysts expect the
10-year bond to be traded at 4.01% at the end of 3Q2023 and 5.33% at
the end of 2023. During 2022 the 10-year bond reached a maximum
yield of 3.87% on October 23, and a minimum yield of 0.01% on
January 1.
