6.1.1 Budget dynamics - results
The Finance Ministry published budget execution data for July and 7M19,
with a budget surplus of RUB332bn posted in the reporting month. Most notably, while the budget revenues rose by 2.7% year-on-year, the spending jumped by 16.5% y/y.
