In the meantime bondholders of other issues are demanding a coupon payment and buyback on another RUB40bn issue, Vedomosti claims, with the holder of 3.8% Cypriot Delahassie Ltd suing O1 Group Finans. Reportedly Delahassie demands that O1 Group's assets are arrested and that the group is blocked from buying back its exchange bonds worth RUB87bn, which was rejected by the court.
