                         Netherlands) on the processing of natural gas
                         from the offshore Manatee field.
                           In a statement, NGC explained that it had
                         signed a heads of agreement (HoA) with Shell
                         on starting the pre-FEED (front-end engineer-
                         ing and design) phase of work related to the pro-
                         cessing of gas from Manatee at the Beachfield
                         facility.
