While permission to hold driving theory classes online may sound like a latecomer to the COVID era, the experiments with processing auto imports online has longer-term ramifications. Automating a process that is perceived by the tens of thousands of people importing cars as leaving them vulnerable to corruption will do far more to change perceptions than harangueing them to not pay bribes. As we have stated before, this is one area that the Zelensky government definitely understands fighting corruption.

Passenger traffic at Boryspil Airport grows 66% this year. Not surprisingly, given the former restrictions responding to the COVD-19 pandemic, in January-August 2021, Boryspil International Airport served 5,816,254 passengers, which is 66% more than in the same period of 2020. During the first 8 months of this year, Boryspil Airport provided air service to 3,339,622 passengers traveling by regular flights and 2,476,632 traveling by charter flights.
Ryanair is preparing a significant expansion in Ukraine. After Ukraine signs the open skies agreement with the EU. Expected by the end of 20121, the Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair plans to significantly expand its operations in Ukraine. This was reported by Reuters, citing the company's CEO Michael O'Leary. The head of Europe's largest low-cost says. "One of the markets that I would single out is Ukraine. I think we will become the leading investor in Ukraine when they join the European open skies agreement"
Boryspil Airport is amongst Europe’s busiest airports. New Ukrainian low-cost airline Bees Airline announces its first services.
Using Boeing 737-800 planes, the airline will commence scheduled flights between Kyiv and Odesa from October 14 in addition to Kyiv (Zhulyany) to Odesa five times a week, with the ticket price at UAH 640 ($24).
