The rules and the tone of the comments of city officials indicate that Moscow continues to treat car-sharing as a step toward reducing congestion in the city by decreasing the number of cars - in the case of car-sharing by getting more use out of each vehicle.

The financing of Russia’s federal project ‘Development of tourist infrastructure’ through 2024 will exceed 750ln rubles ($10.29n), Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities, Head of the federal project Yury Gordeev said in an interview with TASS.
"A large size of financing - around 754ln rubles - is suggested, with the bulk of it - 585ln rubles - being the funds from non-budgetary sources.business itself will invest those funds in the creation of tourist infrastructure," he said.
