The Ukrainian-Turkish plant will be built in Vasylkiv, in the Kyiv region. “It will manufacture ANKA-type jet-powered crewless aerial vehicles (UAV), the next generation of drones after Bayraktar”, said Oleksiy Arestovych, a part of the Ukrainian delegation to TCG. The new drones are capable of counteracting against airborne objects, against other drones, and piloted aviation. They will be equipped with Ukrainian-made engines and Turkish avionics.
Ukrainian pharmaceutical company Farmak has expanded to Vietnam.
The leading pharmaceutical manufacturer and exporter of medicine has opened a representative office in Vietnam. The company has been active in the Vietnamese market since 2007 when it sold 25 of its products through local distributors.
Dobrobut Clinics $300mn expansion plan. The Co-founder, Oleg Kalashnikov, announced that the medical provider will be expanding into Ukraine’s regions, and intends to invest $300mn by 2028. “We intend to open a full-fledged multifunctional hospital in Vinnytsia in two years. The company's strategy is to open large hospitals of 10,000 square meters with 80−90 beds. Such hospitals will be built in Lviv, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Dnipro, and Kharkiv, said Kalashnikov. Dobrobut is also planning to develop a franchise of small clinics – the launch of pilots project is being planned, reported nv.ua.
Polyakov sells his stake in Firefly under pressure from the U.S. government. Ukrainian businessman Maksym Polyakov has agreed to sell his stake in the private missile manufacturer Firefly Aerospace under pressure from the U.S. government, citing national security concerns. Representatives of the government and the aerospace industry have objected to Polyakov's control over the company, fearing that valuable technology could enter Ukraine, Russia, or other countries trying to develop missile programs, reported Bloomberg. Recently, Polyakov's company won contracts with NASA, the defence Advanced Research Projects Agency, and the U.S. Air Force to carry out various missions. Today, Firefly has extensive missile manufacturing and testing facilities in Central Texas and has run a subsidiary in Ukraine that has assisted in technology development.
