Net direct investment inflows totalled around $2bn in January-July while $12bn exited Borsa Istanbul and domestic government papers.
In August, portfolio outflows jumped to $1.5bn from $857mn in July while there were no more eurobond sales following on from Akbank’s sale in July.
Under loans, Turkey remains a net debt payer.
The central bank also reported $5bn of unidentified outflows for January-July, bringing the total reserve loss to $31bn.
