The social support suggested by President Vladimir Putinwill cost Russia’s budgets additional RUB4.128 trillion until 2024 ​of which the federal budget accounts for RUB3.770 trillion and of regional budgets for RUB357.8bn., Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said in January. The bulk of the sum will be allocated to support of low-income families with children aged from three to seven -- it will amount to RUB1.389 trillion, while payments of maternity capital will amount to RUB1.232.7 trillion.
