What does the new Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin plan to accomplish in his new role? During his first speech to the Duma, the new PM named six priorities for his premiership: launching a new investment cycle; effectively using resources allocated for the national projects; developing the military-industrial complex; stimulating the technological development of the economy; expanding the agricultural sector; and developing transport infrastructure to remove regional disparities.
