Gene Winfield (born June 16, 1927) is an American automotive customizer and fabricator. In the mid-1960s, his designs caught the attention of
         the film community, resulting in a large body of his work appearing on screen, including in the iconic 1982 film Blade Runner.  (Source Wikipedia)

         Gene began his career in an old 20 by 30 foot shed on his parent farm on Figaro Avenue in Modesto.  He later moved his shop to Tully Road be-
         hind Modesto Jr. College.  After a few years he move on to Mojave Cal  Gene’s whole adult life has been occupied by building beautiful custom
         cars for private clients as well as for the movie industry.
