              San Joaquin Valley





             Located in the heart of California, the San Joaquin
          Valley consists of eight counties and many large cities
          with urban amenities such as large shopping centers,

          restaurants, modern hotels, sports facilities, and other
          recreational complexes. The Valley is well known for its open

          space, farm land, fresh fruits and vegetables, and classic
         cars,
          The population of the San Joaquin Valley

          is approximately 12 million people. Interstate Highway 5
          and a State Highway 99 pass through the San Joaquin
          Valley connecting the San Francisco Bay Area with

          the greater Los Angeles and San Diego areas.
             The San Joaquin Valley is in the middle of everywhere!
          The Valley is within close proximity to several national

          parks, including Yosemite National Park, Kings Canyon,
          Sequoia National Park and other destinations in the East
          Sierra region of California. It is also a couple of hours' drive to

          the Central Coast, including Big Sur, Monterey, Carmel and
          Santa Cruz. The San Joaquin Valley is considered by many
          as the agricultural haven of the world and does provide the

          country and world with a large, diverse food basket! The food
          is always fresh, and the variety of wines is delicious!

          A visit to the San Joaquin Valley is a walk through one of
          the great gardens of the world!!!
