During the busy holidays it's always a wonderful treat when you can find time to have a nice
visit to catch up with family and friends and spend some time renewing old traditions and
make some new ones. The holidays are also a perfect time to reflect on those things in our
lives that we are most grateful for as we try our best to not get caught up in all the madness
that this season can bring. Focusing on what is important is how I keep myself grounded.
