Welcome to summer 2019, it is in full swing and off to a good start. I have been busy
exploring new technologies for use in serving my sellers and buyers. The latest
project has been to develop a customized Alexa skill or app for people with "smart
speakers" so they can ask for information on local property values in their area.

As the inside back cover of this issue illustrates the various generational groups, I feel
it is important to stay on top of innovative marketing strategies. If you want to hear
