I’ll never forget the hot cheese mana’eesh from the cafe in the morning and frantically zoom calling my
friends the night before a chem periodic and being told “Bravo Mayoush” by Mr Jarouche for getting a
question right and laughing with my class every time someone cracks a joke and ranting to my teachers
about the mistake in the last AMS. Seventh grade me thought that I’d be ecstatic once I finished school but
present me knows that it’s more of a bittersweet feeling. So much of my life has been spent in this school, I
still can’t quite fathom that this chapter of my life has come to an end. Thank you to my parents and friends
and teachers who never gave up on me, even when I started to give up on myself. I couldn’t have survived
the past fourteen years of school without you.
