Going into senior year, I have a bittersweet feeling. I feel like I want to prolong my stay in this
school and hang on to the place where I have created so many memories. However, I am excited
to start a new chapter in my life and move towards achieving my goals. I would like to thank my
parents who have always been accompanying me and relentlessly supporting me throughout my
life. I’d also like to thank every single teacher and staff member in school. No matter what I do
it will never be enough to repay the huge debt I owe you all. I’d also like to say thank you to all
my fellow students for helping me achieve a sense of belonging in this school (shout-out to the
T-Bois). I am extremely afflicted by the fact I am going to be saying my final good-byes to the
people I spent my last ten years with. However, I will always carry those memories forward with
me wherever I go.

After thirteen beautiful years, I never thought this crazy journey would come to an end. I will
be eternally grateful for all the incredible friends with whom I’ve made everlasting memories,
the teachers whose lessons went beyond the classroom, and my family who have always had
unwavering faith in me no matter what I was going through. To my home, Choueifat, I’d like
to thank you for being my safe place for thirteen years, and for giving me the opportunity to
be surrounded by possibly the best people I will ever meet in my life, and for shaping me into
the person I am today. This chapter of my life may be coming to an end but seniors 2020 and
choueifat will always be engraved in my heart no matter where in the world I am.
