Time flies, literally. It always felt like it would take a hundred years to graduate from Choueifat.
It feels surreal that I will not be waking up in the morning to get ready for school anymore
after doing it repeatedly for 13 years. I will never forget all the moments that I shared with
my friends throughout this long and spectacular journey. I would like to thank all the teachers
that taught me throughout my time in Choueifat. I would also like to thank my friends who
always put a smile on my face and helped me throughout my time in school. I want to sign
off with a special thank you to my family whose support is invaluable to me and without them
I wouldn’t have been as motivated as I am today.

The thought of graduating excites but scares me. Excites me because I’m going to venture off
and see new things and meet new people and become independent, but scares me because
I’m going to see new things and meet new people and become independent. It’s a pretty
nerve racking thing not knowing what’s going to happen next but that’s the fun of life. As
Lorelai Gilmore once said: “We’re almost there and nowhere near it. All that matters is we’re
going.”
