Introduction

▪ Training is a critical part of ensuring safety at the IWMB Project.

No worker can be allowed to perform work that could be

potentially hazardous unless properly trained or is under the

direct supervision of a competent person.

▪ A Competency Assurance System provides ongoing job-specific

training, current information about job and tasks, and

opportunities for improving competencies.
