TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please give us the sample of your product in order us to measure for the DIE LINE for Box / or sticker.
Box/Sticker Price is depends on:
1. Size 2. Material 3. Quantity 4. Finishing

INVOICE
We will issue Sales Order (SO), once the customer agreed and confirmed the price quoted we will prepare the Sales invoice which is valid for 14
days.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT**
For Box / Sticker / Paper bag / etc
50% deposit from the total invoice which is not refundable before start the design, the deposit can only be refunded 50% from total deposit from
date of payment/order.

For Bottle + Silk Screen + Box
70% deposit from the total invoive which is not refundable once the design start or the bottle purchased by us.
Refund: Bottle that already purchase is not refundable or change,we suggest client purchase the sample first.
FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED ONCE IT CONFIRM TO PROCEED PRINT
DESIGN
5-7 working days depends on ZC Job List. The design is mainly for printing purposes. No soft copy given. Soft copy will be charge separately based
on the complexity the design and hours taken.
** Design will be kept in our system not more that 6 months, When you repeat the order, we will extended for another six (6) months. You are strongly
advise to buy the design and for self keeping. We are not responsible any losses/deleted in our system. we only provide the first layer of the design
(not included layer for the finishing such as hotstamping, emboss, spot uv, die cut block or the printing plate**
Upon receiving the deposit and all the information/details we will start the design. We allow changes maximun 5 times. Please carefully and made up
your mind to avoid amending the artwork more than 5 times or it may cause delaying the design process and printing.
WHY SHOULD PAY FOR THE DESIGN?
Because design need tools, software, time, ideas, passion and expertise and the complexity of the design.

PRINTING - Estimate delivery
Standard Box 7-10 days (week day)
Complicated Box (i.e. Spot UV, Gold Stamping, Emboss) 10-14 days (week day)
Silk Screen - 7 - 14 days
Sticker : 7 - 10 working days
Soft
We will inform the Estimate time once the product is in the printing process.
COLLECTION / DELIVERY:
Collect at our office : No. 13G & 13-1, Jalan Adenium 2G/13, Pusat Perniagaan Adenium, Bukit Beruntung, 48300 Rawang, Selangor.
Courier Service: If you want us delivery to your location, we will take 2-3 days (week day) to arrange courier company to pickup at our place and
the delivery date to your place is based on respective courier's company schedule. Please be reminded that courier company may/will delay
delivery sometimes and we will NOT TAKE RESPONSIBLE for any damage incurred during the delivery.
Delivery will be charge differently. Charges will be based on the respection courier company.
