THE Responsibilities OF A REAL ESTATE AGENT
Follow loan processing through to the underwriter
Coordinate all information and documents necessary to document an offer with buyer, lender, agent and any other vendor(s)
Contact buyer/ buyers agent to review buyer's qualification and negotiate the offer
Fax/deliver Seller's Disclosure to buyer's agent or buyer upon request and prior to offer if possible
Confirm buyer is pre-qualified by calling loan officer
Obtain pre-qualification letter on buyer from loan officer prior to acceptance of the offer
Prepare and convey any counteroffers, acceptance or amendments to buyer/buyer's agent
Upload/Email copies of signed contract and addenda to buyer/buyers agent and closing attorney
Record and promptly deposit buyer's money into escrow account.
