Contact lender weekly to ensure processing is on track
Relay final approval of buyer's loan application to your attorney and to buyers/closing attorney
Coordinate buyer's professional home inspection
Review home inspector's report
Introduce report to Buyer’s and coordinate quotes
Ensure compliance with home inspection clause requirements
Identify and negotiate with trustworthy contractors for any required repairs/quotes
Negotiate payment and oversee completion of all required repairs
Schedule appraisal
Provide comparable sales used in market pricing to appraiser
Follow up on appraisal
Check appraisal upon receipt and question appraisal report if it seems too low Be prepared to have supportive data to get the results needed to move forward to closing stages
