Sellers CHECK OUT LIST
WALLS
Wipe down and clean walls of any markings, holes, scratches etc.
BEDROOMS
Sweep floors, vacuum and mop if necessary. Clean the closets and wipe down the windows.
KITCHEN
Deep clean the refrigerator and dishwasher inside and out if staying. Clean all cabinets inside and out. Clean the sink and all storage spaces.
KEEP IN THE HOUSE
Instruction manuals for appliances, major systems, warranties etc. on the kitchen countertop.
CHECK
All drawers and cabinets are completely empty.
LEAVE ON KITCHEN COUNTERTOP
House, mailbox, garage, pool house keys as well as garage remote on the kitchen countertop.
*Any items (not included in the P&S) that are still in the house at the final walkthrough will be removed at the seller's expense.
