W A T E R : We will schedule a final water reading prior to closing and ask that the service be transferred to the buyers as closing. A prorated amount will be refunded to you at closing.
IF OIL HEATING OR PROPANE TANKS: Please, send us a picture of the oil gauge a few days before closing to help us calculate the amount of the remaining oil/propane and a copy of the latest bill. A fuel proration reimbursement will be also given to you at closing by the attorney.

A FINAL WALKTHROUGH will take place before closing (usually a day before or on the same day).
