Dear Members,

As things continue to change daily related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want you
to know we are still working very hard at all the best practices on behalf our guests,
members and staff to adjust to these conditions. We will continue to send you updates on
our preventive practices as we have more information.

We are committed to keeping our club at normal operating levels so that you can use all our
facilities as you choose based on your individual situations. We believe one of the main
purposes of our club is to be a hub for all your needs, anytime that you need them. We have

been made aware of some other clubs in our area closing down and rumors that we are as
well; however, those are NOT TRUE! WE ARE NOT CLOSING DOWN! In fact, we hope
you will go out of your way when making choices to support your club and our staff.

We do have some updates to events and our restaurant hours. This week, Elements 1010
will be closed starting tonight, 3/16 through Sunday for dinner. It will be open for breakfast
normal hours. Eagles will continue to be open for lunch and dinner, normal hours. James
Landing Grille will be open Friday – Sunday for dinner and Sunday Brunch, normal hours.
Our team is also working on some delicious take-out and delivery options, for those of you
who do not wish to visit the club. More details to follow.

All regular programming at the club will be taking place as scheduled; however, we
need to keep attendance to the first 50 reservations. Please make sure you email
km-rsvp@kingsmill.com for any event you would like to attend as soon as you can. If more
than 50 people would like to attend an event, we will do our best to accommodation
     based on reservations.

As before, if you are not feeling well, don’t want to participate, or have traveled to “hot

zones” with in the last 14 days, please remain at home until you are ready to resume your
normal activities. We want to be able to serve those members who’d like to socialize and are
working to provide safe and opportunities for them to do so here at the club.

Please feel free to call Dana, Rachel or myself with any questions.
