Orthotics

UCBL

• 2mm or 3mm polypropylene shell, designed for support.
• Comprised of medial and lateral flanges in the shell,

extrinsic rear foot heel posts, deep heel cups and
defaulted to a microcell top cover.
• Indicated for flexible flat foot, posterior tibial tendon

dysfunction, etc.

DIABETIC/ARTHRITIC

• 1mm or 2 mm Carbon flex shell with two layers of 1/8" poron
fill contoured to arch profile and 1/8" plastazote + poron top

cover (ie: Diabetic topcover).
• Indicated to provide extra cushioning and protection for

arthritic and diabetic feet.
• Full fitting shoes are required.

SANDAL ORTHOTIC
• 2 mm Carbon flex shell for added flexibility and support.

Soft 35 durometer arch fill to stabilize shell in sandal for
shock absorption.
• Forefoot extensions of varying thicknesses of 1/16''. l/8''.
6mm, and 9mm dependent on footbed depth of particular
sandal to enhance forefoot comfort.
• 1/16" full length nyplex covered in 1/32" suede or 1/16" black ultrasuede.
• Indicated for sandals with removable footbeds so that custom orthotics can

be incorporated into sandal.
