Fine Arts NEWS Chaplin Nominated for Dazzle Award
For the first time ever, Padua was nominated for a Dazzle Award for its production of Chaplin the musical, which ran April 11-14, 2019.
The Dazzles recognize the importance of musical theater and arts education in Northeast Ohio high schools.
The noteworthy category was Best Costume Design. The following individuals were part of Padua’s Costume Crew, which produced approximately 300 costumes for the Ohio premier of Chaplin: Mrs. Debbie Herlihy, Coordinator, Miss Eileen Herlihy ’09, Assistant, Rochelle Fabregas, Clare Harley, Kaila Pelto, Melanie Polatajko and Grace Vavruska.
