Veterans Bob Wallace and Phil Davis have a successful song-and-dance act afer World War II. With romance in mind, the two follow a duo of beautiful singing sisters en route to their Christmas show at a Vermont lodge, which just happens to be owned by Bob and Phil’s former army commander. Te dazzling score features well known standards including “Blue Skies,” “I Love a Piano,” “How Deep Is the Ocean” and the perennial favorite, “White Christmas.”PERFORMANCES: Tursday, December 14 at 7:30 p.m. Friday, December 15 at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, December 16 at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, December 17 at 1:30 p.m.TICKETS:Pre-Sale Reserved Seating: $6 Child (grade school & younger) $6 Senior Citizen  $9 AdultsTickets can also be purchased the night of a performance. $7 Child (grade school & younger) $7 Senior Citizen  $10 AdultsArt Student Earns $40,000 Scholarship for Work Accepted into Prestigious Governor’s Show  Emily Dontenville ’17 entered the piece “Artist’s Lament” into the 2017 Ohio Governor’s Youth Art Exhi-bition, which is a non-proft organization established in 1970 to promote the arts and to reward the youth of Ohio for their achievements in visual arts. It featured 300 pieces of artwork by Ohio high school students in grades nine through twelve. More than 10,800 pieces were submitted across the state of Ohio. Seven primary jurors reviewed more than 2,500 works. Tree-hundred were selected for the exhibition.Many colleges use this exhibition as an avenue to provide art scholarships. Te Cleveland Institute of Art offers a minimum of 10 scholarships, at $10,000 a year, which are renewable to students who are selected in the top 300 and have already committed to attending the Cleveland Institute of Art. Emily’s piece was eligible for the scholarship award. Te piece was reviewed by the Cleveland Institute of Art, and she received this award, therefore the piece is worth $40,000."Artist's Lament" (Te face in the artwork is Cole Hine '17).36
